Cesar E. Bermudez was the Branch Manager in Central Florida for the largest facilities services contractor in the nation and was the Vice President of Operations & Sales for the largest minority owned building services contractor in Central Florida responsible for a work force of 1,100 employees. His experience includes client relations, quality control, budgeting, operations and sales for office buildings, industrial facilities, hotels, municipal and federal buildings, high tech and high security facilities.

Mr. Bermudez has a vast experience in new accounts start up and branching out to new cities, having done this throughout the states of Florida, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee and Michigan.

Born in Lima, Peru he and his family proudly became American citizens by naturalization, Mr. Bermudez is fluent in English and Spanish and has been in the facility maintenance industry since 1989 bringing all this experience to our Company.
